In the second part of an exchange with KMOX’s Kevin Killeen, St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley is asked - among other things - why he doesn’t issue furloughs for county employees.
I also asked him about the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter Paul Hampel’s article that states a majority of St. Louis County Council members disagree with his proposal.
